Un d\u00eda y por casualidad le regalaron una vieja Vespa cuando en ese entonces viv\u00eda en Indonesia, <strong>nunca hab\u00eda conducido una Vespa. Desde entonces fue cuando<strong> inicia su recorrido por el mundo<\/strong>. Con ayuda de Piaggio se lanz\u00f3 a la siguiente etapa de Anchorage (Alaska) a Tierra del Fuego entre 1994-95, seguido de otras etapas como Sidney- Ciudad del Cabo, cruz\u00f3 Africa, Sureste Asi\u00e1tico, y en China se enamor\u00f3, se cas\u00f3, y mientras preparaba la narraci\u00f3n de su \u00faltimo periplo por Nepal en Vespa muri\u00f3 de una infecci\u00f3n a los 53 a\u00f1os, fue
